Our more recent animation to attach a trailing part to our bouncing balls.... I went further and put a face on it. Sorry about the numbers and the margins. Next time I'll render it as a "mov" and convert it again. ^^;


Well, it's not quite one, since it has antennae and legs... or are they arms, instead of antennae? ....I'm not sure, you be the judge. Either way, he seems pretty giddy about something.

...I know why. He's thinking of bacon. Bacon makes people happy. :la:

It'd say you need to put some acceleration in it to make it look better. You know....DESCEND>slow>fast>BOUNCE>fast>slow>DESCEND>slow>fast>BOUNCE.

Sorry if it doesn't make sense. Other than that, I really love how it looks, very cute, and I see a good start here.

Actually, you seem to be a natural at this. It should be interesting to see just how far you can take this animation stuff given time and practice. ;)

Nah, it makes sense... I just didn't do well in executing it. |D I think we were limited to 24 frames at the time, but we were just starting out I guess. Heck, I dunno, I kinda wish I'd slowed it down more at the top. Thanks, man. :D Hopefully I can color it with no problem.

Yeah, the bouncing ball is our first project and in our fourth one, we added the stuff trailing on 'em. In my case the antennae and legs... and the face. |D :la: That's basically how we do 'em, too. Like the studio, frame-by-frame stuff. :nod:

Nice job with the follow-through there! I agree with Gemini000 about you being a natural with 2D animation. Just keep on working with the timing and your stuff will be all the more awesome! (It's already awesome, but you know what I mean!)
